Meet the authors who are published by Selfishgenie
Robert Cubitt
Robert (Bob) Cubitt has always been keen on writing and has tried his hand at various projects over the years, but the need to earn a crust had always interfered with his desire to be more creative. After serving for 23 years in the RAF, working as a logistics planner for Royal Mail and as a Civil Servant with the Ministry of Defence, Robert took up full time writing in 2012 and now has a large catalogue of work published.
Bob likes to write in several different genres, whatever takes his fancy at the time. His current series are sci-fi and World War II history and genres don't come much more diverse than that. His work was published by Ex-L-Ence Publishing until 2020 but we are now happy to welcome Bob into the Selfishgenie fold.
In his spare time Bob enjoys playing golf, is a member of a pub skittles team and is an ardent Northampton Saints fan.

AngieD
Born and bred in North London and Enfield, experiencing life in Essex before finally settling, for the time being, a little further north than Watford.
Who knew her first poem about a mynah bird would evolve years later into a whole host of verses?
Whether commuting into London or staying local, a writing book is never far away.
Whether it's her passion for music, love of cheese or appreciation that most things in life are beautiful or will bring a smile, it may be 2.00am or 2.00pm but if it is perceived, it will be documented!
AngieD is pleased to announce that her second anthology of poetry "And A Little Bit More" is now available. To find out more click here.

Arabella Aristo is the pseudonym of a lady who describes herself as a ‘Naughty Girl’, which was the title of her first book and autobiography.
She was born in 1952 in rural southern Warwickshire, she trained as a nanny and entered the sex industry as a way to make money when her husband’s business went bust. Forced into premature retirement by the Covid-19 outbreak, Arabella started to write her memoirs, mainly as a way to help pass the time.
When not working or writing, Arabella is a country girl at heart and likes to take long walks in the Cotswolds with her dog. She is also very keen on animal welfare and feeds a whole army of stray cats.
Her memoir, “Naughty Girl!", was published on 1st September 2020 and her first novel, “Stalker!” is out now. She is currently working on her 3rd book.

Chris Graham
Crime novelist Chris Graham spent his working life on the road, driving and riding motorcycles for both work and play. In that time, he saw a lot of places and met a lot of people from all walks of life.
Since retiring, he’s used his experience to create an engaging series of characters, who inhabit a real world of real places.
With his eclectic tastes and an ability to accept all kinds of folk for who they are, he’s never short of inspiration for the novels he writes.
Chris is the author of the ‘Lena’s Friends’ series. Lena Fox is no stranger to the shadier side of society - both high and decidedly low - as in her working life as a high class call girl, she has some less than respectable acquaintances.
Motorcycle riding Lena is the catalyst who drives the interactions between her friends from across the spectrum, who somehow get themselves involved in various crimes and misadventures.
Her friends who inhabit the legal side of the boundary between right and wrong try to solve the crimes, if not the misadventures.
Certainly, Lena isn’t the average amateur sleuth; in fact she’s not the sleuth at all in these books… but some of ‘Lena’s Friends’ are, and often they need her help.
As well as being a novelist, Chris is also a poet and his collection of poetry "A Walk on The Mild Side" has now been published.

Robin Saint
Robin Saint is the pen name of a well known journalist who writes on politics and current affairs for a national daily newspaper. Many have tried to guess his true identity and many have failed.
As may be guessed from the subject matter of "Outlaw", Robin is very keen on history, but as a journalist he knows that, when it comes to history, the truth is not always what the publicity machine makes it appear. So Robin likes to think about how, with a little twist here and a little bend there, history may have been distorted to suit someone's agenda. That is the basic premise for "Outlaw".
“Outlaw” is Robin’s first book, but it won’t be his last and he is currently working on a follow up book which may, or may not, be connected to Richard The Lionheart.
